Purple Haze

Oh my gosh.  I actually did it.  I got my hair dyed purple.

I've always wanted to get purple hair, and I finally had the opportunity to do it.  This new shop opened a while back in Frisco (Third and Main)- the shop sells "tobacco" pipes and lingerie.  The shop is called Smok N Bra, go check it out sometime.  The owner is a girl my age named Stevie and she has super-colorful hair.  We became friends and one day I asked her who dyed her hair and she said she did it herself and offered to dye mine.  I accepted.

PURRRRRRRPS
OH MY GOSSSSHHHHHH.  IT'S REALLY BRIGHT.  I dig it though!!!!  We were trying to go for a lilac-purple... this is far from it, I'd say this is fuchsia haha! I made my debut yesterday with my grape hair and so many people complimented me on my hair!

Another reason I really like my hair is I think it's helping me to be more confident.  I'm usually a shy, shy person and avoid eye contact so I never know if someone is trying to talk to me unless they make it really clear like by tapping my shoulder or waving at me.  Now, with my purple hair, I actually have to look at people and pay attention because they will say something about it, oh man, oh man.  I have actually talked to more people than usual yesterday, so I'd say I'm doing good!  I'm stoked about it!

This weekend, the leafers are in town.  They be peepin' some leaves here.  I know this and I can verify this.  How, you ask?  There's lots of people with cameras around their necks.  There's also way more shitty drivers than usual. I watched someone almost cause a really bad accident on my way to work.  You know how traffic lights sometimes have flashing red and yellow lights?  Please, let me refresh those who may not know what this means.  Flashing yellow = go.  It's the same as a solid green light, but proceed with caution.  Flashing red = STOP.  This is a stop sign.  You look both ways, and look again, and when it is safe to do so, go wherever the fuck you want to go.  People cannot seem to grasp this simple concept.  You can imagine what happened, this intersection basically is a giant clusterfuck.

AND THEN- on my way home from work, I watched someone almost get fucking killed in a roundabout.  Jesus, people, pay attention.  You yield when you enter a roundabout.  Fuck, I'm scared to be driving around now.  I've had people make turns right in front of me when they were supposed to yield to me.  I do not need this kind of stress.  Thank god the leaves only stay yellow for a week.  It might snow this Sunday :D :D :D

It's going to smell like Winter!  I love that smell!  I can't wait to start driving Hellcat in the snow... I'm curious to see how good it is!  It definitely won't snow enough for 4x4, but that day will come before we know it.  It also snowed a few days ago- the Summit Daily newspaper shared this picture in the papers on September 19th...

The Kingdom... Breckenridge
I'm getting super, super stoked.  All signs point to winter (duh).  HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.  I'm still waiting for the email that will tell me when I can go buy my adaptive pass.  I also realized my season pass pictures will have me with my purple hair.  Fuck.  YES.  Other than the pass, I'm TOTALLY ready for winter.  Got my tires rotated and fixed my alignment- bammmmmmmmmmmm.  I am set!!
